Willwriting Academy awarded formal CPD accreditation

The Willwriting Academy Limited has been accredited as a formal Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider by the CPD Standards Office.

Wholly owned by the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW), the Academy provides both new and established legal professionals with introductory and examination-level training courses.

In order to keep members up-to-date with new legislation and develop their skills, the Academy delivers CPD in the form of courses and seminars – for which they have now been awarded formal accreditation.

Present in most occupations, CPD obligations ensure that high professional standards are maintained and enable the workforce to constantly develop.

Now part of the CPD Standards Community, the Willwriting Academy Ltd. will have the opportunity to connect with other training providers, share best practice and gain expert insight.

The accreditation will also benchmark the IPW, given that their training academy is now recognised as a formal provider of CPD. Through identifying the strengths of the business, this could act as a gateway into developing further training and expanding the organisation in the future.

Commenting on the accreditation was Diane Rose. The Director of CPD Assessment and Membership at the CPD Standards Office welcomed the Academy to the community, stating:

“The CPD Standards Office is delighted to have accredited the Willwriting Academy Ltd. as a formal CPD provider. We look forward to working together to maintain industry standards, whilst recognising through our accreditation the quality of course delivery they already provide. We also extend a warm welcome to the Willwriting Academy Ltd. in becoming a member of the CPD Standards global community.”
