Two key appointments made at Solve Legal Marketing

Solve Legal, publishers of Today’s Wills and Probate, are pleased to announce the key promotions of two senior team members as part of its growth and development strategy.

Newly appointed as Account Director, Rachel Booth who holds a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma, joined Solve in September last year, building relationships with clients and developing marketing strategies as the Account and Campaign Manager.  Having experienced the pressures of working within a law firm, together with the need to control costs, Rachel is well equipped to understand the challenges that solicitors face in terms of both time management and client engagement. As well as her front-line legal experience, Rachel spent just under ten years as an Account Manager of Advertising Sales at leading newspaper publisher, Trinity Mirror Plc. Here she led projects across a range of areas, promoting different sectors of the business to a large audience.

Expressing her enthusiasm for the new role, Rachel said: “Having worked in advertising and marketing for 10 years prior to working as a fee earner in practice over the last 7, this role with Solve Legal Marketing helps bring together all things I enjoy and am passionate about. Law and marketing coupled with excellent customer service and a desire to deliver. The team are fabulous to work with – I see exciting times ahead.”

Recently promoted to Marketing Manager is Christine Champion, who joined the marketing team in February of this year as a Digital Marketing Executive. As well as generating innovative campaigns and developing digital strategies for clients, Christine helped lead the progression of Solve and pitch the best way for it to move forward. With over 6 years of experience in both marketing and project management, and holding a Chartered Institute of Digital Marketing Diploma, Christine has built a strong portfolio of digital campaigns, developing new products, building brand awareness and identifying opportunities across a range of different mediums.

Commenting on her new role, Christine stated: “Since joining the company 8 months ago, I have loved every minute of working at Solve Legal and feel privileged to work with such a fantastic and dedicated team of people.”

Commenting on the promotions Managing Director of Solve Legal Marketing, Karen Babington, says “I am delighted for Christine and Rachel, and their promotions are very well deserved. With Christine now overseeing the scheduling and production of marketing activity, our customers are already experiencing a quicker turnaround in the provision of content which means they are issuing breaking news ahead of their competitors across a range of channels, and gaining credibility as a result. Rachel in her role of Account Director is the linchpin between our customers and the marketing team, ensuring that what our customers ask for, is delivered on point and on time, and that they get return on their investment.”
