Tower Street Finance partners with Title Research
Genealogical research and asset repatriation specialist Title Research has become a referral partner for inheritance lending specialists Tower Street Finance.
Dicky Davies, business development director of Tower Street Finance said:
“We’re delighted to be working closely with Title Research.
“The partnership will extend the service they can provide to their partners by referring relevant cases that could benefit from our unique range of financial products.”
Tower Street Finance has a range of innovative financial products designed in collaboration with legal professionals in the probate sector to provide solutions to some of the challenges both they, and their clients, face when dealing with the process of administering an estate.
Its award-winning Inheritance Advance product allows beneficiaries to access up to 60 per cent of an inheritance before probate is granted and the IHT Loan has been created to help executors pay an inheritance tax liability to prevent the estate being ‘locked’.
Tower Street Finance’s newest product is Inheritance Dispute Funding which helps people who can’t cover the legal cost of challenging an inheritance.
Title Research was founded more than 50 years ago and is the go-to firm for solicitors who are faced with complicated estate administration matters.
Commenting further on the partnership Anthony Allsopp of Title Research said:
“We’re pleased to have partnered with Tower Street Finance to offer solicitors’ clients even more support throughout the estate administration process. When our solicitor clients identify an executor who needs to access their inheritance quickly or a client that needs financial support contesting an inheritance, we’re delighted that they can turn to Title Research and Tower Street Finance to help them.”
