Users of Arken Professional – the original private client document drafting software – can now add Arken Lifetime to their subscription and create Inter Vivos (IV) Trusts in the same way as Wills, Lasting Powers and other estate planning documents. This new module speeds up the drafting process, uses the same information previously inputted and enables consistency across the practice and client documents. Access up-to-date precedents, store everything in one place and ensure Trust documentation presents the same look and feel as existing Arken Professional documents.
