Solve Legal Marketing and Today’s Wills and Probate to attend SFE Conference 2018

Both Today’s Wills and Probate and their owners, Solve Legal Marketing are very excited to announce their attendance of the Solicitors for the Elderly National Conference (SFE) on 21st June.

As well as sponsoring the event, teams from both Solve and Today’s Wills and Probate will be there throughout the day to hear from a range of key speakers, as well as providing practical marketing support and advice.

The highly anticipated event is being held at London’s prestigious British Library Conference Centre on the 21st June, and is set to be a key date in the diaries of lawyers who are specialists in the field of older client law.

The agenda is jam-packed, with a key focus on topical issues and challenges which the sector is facing as we speak.

Excited to be in attendance, Todays Wills and Probate look forward to hearing Keynote Speaker, Her Honour Judge Hilder, who is set to provide an insight into how things are developing under her leadership, as well as talks from Ian Bond, Professor Lesley King, and the providers of IntaForensics Ltd.

Set to deliver an informative talk on digitisation and its impact on estates, Talbots’ Head of trusts & estates, Ian Bond will consider digital assets after death, covering the practical implications for estate planning.

Professor Lesley King will be focussing on the Residence Nil Rate Band, looking at applicability and having to deal with claiming it for estates in administration, whilst IntaForensics Ltd providers will be exploring online risk and protecting your business, providing a live cyber-attack demonstration.  The day will feature coverage across many other areas, with the impetus being on both practical and legal aspects – offering practitioners an informative and engaging day.

Today’s Wills and Probate will be covering the event and are looking forward to reporting on all that is covered on the day.

With a focus on all that is Cyber and Digital, this really is an event for the 21st Century Private Client lawyer and is open to both members of SFE and non-members.
