The latest in Fraser and Fraser’s popular series of free interactive webinars, entitled Online Probate Applications – practical tips on avoiding problems with your application, will take place on Thursday 16 September at 12.30pm.

Guest speaker for the session is Ian Bond, head of wills and estates at Thursfields solicitors, who will provide guidance on how legal professionals can make best use of HMCTS’s online probate resources.

The webinar will explore the changes made to the application processes to date, the introduction of mandatory online procedures for obtaining grants of representation and common issues with the online application procedure as well as how to overcome them. It will also look at what the future may hold in terms of the online application process.
