Kings Court Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Hancox as its new Chief Executive Officer, replacing Tom Curran who will take on the role of Executive Chairman after nine years as CEO. Tom will remain on the Board of the business and will provide Simon and the business with ongoing advice and support.
Simon Hancox is a highly experienced, successful and well-regarded business leader who has identified Kings Court Trust’s potential and is ready to take the business forward. Prior to joining Kings Court Trust, Simon was Managing Director at Simplify Probate/Chorus Law and brings with him his experience of the industry, as well as his wealth of knowledge in continuously improving business strategies.
Simon is a strong strategic thinker who is skilled at identifying issues, defining implementation plans, and effectively executing solutions. He joins Kings Court Trust with a vision to grow the business substantially.

This release follows the announcement that David Masterton has joined Kings Court Trust as Chief Revenue Officer. Kings Court Trust’s Executive Team will now be made up of Simon Hancox, Chief Executive Officer, David Masterton, Chief Revenue Officer, Sarah Bird, Operations Director and Andrea Pierce, Legal Services Director.
