Meet Nicole … Estate planning extraordinaire!
Seven months ago Nicole joined Key and with her wealth of experience within the sector Key hired her as Operations and Product Technical Manager. The estate planning department at Key is going through a period of unprecedented success and growth as such welcomed Nicole’s expertise with open arms!
What’s it like working for the Key Group?
“We have a great team here and it’s a pleasure working with them all. It’s a busy company and everyone I have met has been so welcoming and friendly.
“There are a lot of exciting opportunities ahead we are looking at expanding our team all the time. We already do a lot for our customers, but there is so much more we can offer.”
What does later life planning mean to you?
“I personally feel it is very important. I love helping customers plan for their future; having these important documents in place saves so much hassle, time and money for families. We are also able to give our customers peace of mind knowing that everything is in place, which is a fantastic feeling.
“I’m very passionate about my job as I know how important it is to the customer that we get this right for them, it is also a very sensitive subject, so has to be treated with care and compassion.”
What is your view on the ‘later life planning’ market?
“There are a lot of people out there offering estate planning services, so it is important you go to the right place to get your advice.
More and more people are becoming aware of just how important Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney are and it is a huge market. These documents really do apply everyone which is why it is an exciting time for Key and important for us to grow to continue to provide excellent service.
Finally, what advice would you give someone wanting to work in the KEY group?
