Join the growing number of Tower Street Finance partners

Since Tower Street Finance launched its two flagship products, Inheritance Advance and IHT Loan, it has formed many successful partnerships with probate administrators, solicitors and financial services providers who were quick to see the benefits for themselves and their clients.

Dicky Davies, business development director for Tower Street Finance, says:

“We developed both products after extensive research with probate practitioners and this feedback helped shape the design of the products and the process. As well as being able to offer two unique products in the marketplace, there are also many benefits to partners in terms of customer service and time saving.

“We make working with our partners simple and seamless. We don’t create any onerous processes and we don’t ask anyone to sell our products, just introduce us and provide some basic details.

“Partners tell us that the ability to offer their clients an added value service in an area where they know that the processes are complicated and time consuming is a real benefit.

“Our recent consumer research revealed that almost half of people who expect to receive an inheritance would like to get some of their money early – so there’s a big need out there.

“It also highlighted that over 50% of consumers would expect their solicitor to inform them of products that were available in the market to help them get their inheritance earlier.”

Penn Chambers in London is a recent addition to Tower Street Finance’s growing list of partners.

Legal consultant Emma Aslett said:

“Tower Street Finance made it so easy for us to partner with them. The products are highly beneficial to clients and can make the whole process much less stressful.”

And this is what customers say.

Saul recently took out an Inheritance Advance: “My experience with Tower Street Finance has been nothing short of excellent. The attention and care that was put into handling my account meant I was at ease with the entire process. I would recommend them highly to anyone in need.”

Tower Street Finance offers a fee to partners at the time a product is taken out – and any fees which aren’t claimed are donated to its charity partner for 2021 – Cruse Bereavement Care.

Continues Dicky:

“We’ve pledged to raise £10k for Cruse this year to support the vital work they do through a combination of charity initiatives and fee waiving. It’s a natural fit for us as they support people through bereavement which is also the time when they are most likely to become our customer.”
