IPW Partner With WillSuite

IPW Partner With WillSuite

Last week the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) welcomed a new partnership with software company, WillSuite.

This was the most appropriate software to choose for the IPW as not only do they hold a good reputation within the industry, but they are the most cost-effective system currently available. For their monthly fee, Members not only have access to a versatile range of features but will receive an excellent level of customer service throughout and will be given constant software support and guidance if required.

IPW Members can sign up for a three-month free trial with WillSuite that will allow them to explore the software and get to grips with the new navigation and layout. In order to ensure ease of use, they have also provided weekly sessions that our Members can join, enabling you to become familiar with the system and even have the option to join personal sessions to customise the software to suit your own interests. WillSuite share our same devotion in providing the best service possible and going above and beyond for our Members.

There are a multitude of features available, all of which prove beneficial for IPW Members. The software can produce invoices, which means payment cycles can be shortened, improving customer satisfaction as the process time is faster and there is less room for errors, proving to be more efficient overall. The appointment booking system with SMS notifications means you can save time and money on administration as you are able to keep on top of appointments with reminders, amend details when necessary and can collect customer information effortlessly. All Wills are drafted in plain English meaning there is no confusion for clients with legal jargon and reduces the number of queries you’ll receive, allowing you to be more productive with your time. Continuing on from drafting, the documents themselves are editable, which is nothing but convenient and can be done if and when needed, ensuring they are always correct and up to date. Finally, the CRM element allows for improved information organisation as everything is automated, allowing you to offer great customer service and better communication as you can track the process of each client and then act accordingly by keeping them informed.

Apart from the positives of individual features, the overall advantage is the reliability and flexibility of an electronic and automated system. It allows instant file retrieval and you can amend any documents or details wherever you may be, as long as you have an internet connection. The documents are disaster resistant as they can’t be lost or damaged- as the documents are stored online, in the cloud. This also eliminates the amount of paper used, reducing costs and is kinder to the environment.

It should always be known that our Members are our priority and that the IPW wouldn’t recommend such services unless we truly believe what we are offering is of value. Therefore, our Council Members tested the software out for themselves and their responses were nothing but promising.

Paul Dodsworth was happy to express his own experience with our Members, here’s what he had to say:

“We’re really impressed with WillSuite since we started using it 2 months ago. Drafting is far easier than other software we’ve used, and it writes Wills in plain English that our clients can understand which has cut down on queries and improved approval times. The CRM element looks fantastic and I’m sure we’ve only scratched the surface. The support we’ve received and willingness to embrace ideas to develop it further means we’re looking forward to a long-term relationship.”

Following on from Paul’s statement, we sincerely hope that our Members can see the convenience and worth of using WillSuite and we highly encourage IPW Member’s to take full advantage of what is available.

To sign yourself up all you have to do is email ipw@willsuite.co.uk with your IPW membership number to get your free trial.
