Free Private client webinar for lawyers working with vulnerable clients

Finders International will be running two free webinars this week and next aimed at private client lawyers.

The first on Thursday 4 November is for private client solicitors working with those who have mental incapacity and how they can support clients in decision making.

The webinar will host a panel discussion chaired by Caroline Bielanska, owner and practicing solicitor at Caroline Bielanska Consultancy. The other panellists are: Professor Rosie Harding, chair of Law and Society at Birmingham Law School, University of Birmingham; Holly Chantler, head of private client at Morrisons Solicitors; Ben Slater, director of Nellie Supports (an independent social work practice that provides mental capacity assessments); and David Lockwood, public sector business development manager at Finders International.

The e-conference will be available from 10.30am on Thursday 4 November 2020.

The second event takes place on Thursday 12 November, a Public Authority Deputy Support Network (PADSN) themed, Private Client Deputies—what is the difference?

This PADSN e-conference will outline the roles of Finders International’s solicitor panel and how the work compliments public deputies.

The panellists for the second event are: Sheree Green, director, solicitor and panel deputy at Greenchurch Legal; Gill Browne, professional deputy at MFG Solicitors; and David Lockwood, public sector development manager at Finders International.

The second conference will be available from 10.30am on 12 November.
