Exizent announce membership of Scottish Financial Enterprise, strengthening links with institutions to transform the bereavement process
Glasgow-based technology firm, Exizent, are pleased to announce their membership with Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE) to help transform the experience delivered by financial service institutions when handing bereavement cases.
Helping businesses improve the services they deliver to families and representatives involved in a bereavement case is what underpins the Exizent offering. In recognition of this, we have now become members of SFE – the representative body for Scotland’s financial services industry.
With SFE’s aim to promote greater awareness, understanding and support for Scotland’s financial services, and encourage innovation and experience-sharing to inspire growth, strengthening the links between the financial services membership of SFE and the ecosystem of innovative partners, like Exizent, is a fundamental goal. These links will connect financial institutions to the services and support they need to drive continued success in areas like bereavement, to better help people at a time of vulnerability and need.
The relationship between Exizent and SFE will help foster discussions and action at an industry level around how the overall bereavement experience can be improved to deliver better outcomes for all involved.
Nick Cousins, Co-Founder and CEO of Exizent Ltd has commented on the new relationship:
“I’d like to give my thanks to Sandy Begbie and the team at SFE and FNZ for their support in making this happen. We are looking forward to working closely with the SFE membership to improve the bereavement experience for all by [working across the sector to deliver technology solutions that help those dealing with an estate, and the financial services companies that are often central to the process.”
“Our ultimate aim is to become an integral part of the bereavement journey. While we are pleased to have achieved so much already, we are only a year into our mission, and have huge ambitions for the continued development and improvement of the platform. Going into 2022, our key focus will be to develop our offering for financial intuitions to transform the way that they manage bereavement queries.”
Exizent is THE industry platform for professionals involved with managing the bereavement process. When someone passes away, Exizent connects the data and services used by legal services firm, banks and financial institutions, and executors to sort out what’s required to make the journey for the bereaved an easier one. The Exizent platform is an integral part of the bereavement landscape helping to reduce uncertainty, increase speed and overall, make the process more straight forward for everyone.
It’s a business inspired by powerful stories, stories of people who have lost loved ones that have then found themselves caught in a web of complexity at a time of personal anguish. We don’t believe it has to be this way. By connecting the professionals, institutions and executors tasked with sorting out the administration involved when someone passes away Exizent is reducing the burden on those grieving.
