Following a raft of new appointments, Richard Wells is now joined on the Board of Directors by Kylie Simmonds-Cox as Chief Operating Officer; who has over 20 years industry experience, and a full member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and represents the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) as an elected council member. Rebecca Sharwood who has 20+ years PQE and will be joining at Head of Legal Practice and William Eccleston previously predominant in the Funeral Planning Sector has been appointed as Commercial Director.

This means that their specialist team now consists of 22 friendly professionals whom when combined have decades of industry experience and many of whom worked with Richard Wells at Philips Trust Corporation and Taylor Rose TTKW placing Fortis Law squarely at the forefront of the profession.
