Big changes at CTTC Ltd as the company continues to grow

Countrywide Tax and Trust Corporation Limited have created two new Director positions as a result of continuous expansion of the company.

Charlotte Ponder LL.B (Hons) TEP, (formerly a Non-Executive Director) has been appointed as Legal Director. Charlotte recently became a full STEP member and previously trained and qualified as a solicitor. Her newly created role means she will continue to look in detail at the businesses processes and risks going forward. She is committed to ensuring CTTC Ltd become more efficient for the advisors they work with and is looking forward to a new challenge after nearly seven years with the company.

Spencer Tattam BA (Hons) Dip PFS TEP, also a full member of STEP and an IFA, has been newly appointed as Technical Director after 12 years with the company. Spencer will continue in his current role of providing bespoke solutions for advisors and clients. In addition to this, he and Charlotte will become more heavily involved in the management of the business including the current operations and the future aspirations of CTTC Ltd.

Clive Ponder TEP, Director of CTTC Ltd said: “We are delighted to have both Charlotte and Spencer join Bob and I, as Directors of CTTC Ltd. Their qualifications and experience in these roles will go a long way in helping us to achieve our plans for growth and ensuring continuity for our staff and advisers in the future.”

The newly appointed Directors aim to provide more support to Clive Ponder and Bob Massey in making key decisions.
