Arken.legal’s Journey – Part 2

Arken.legal’s story is one of ambition, innovation and a passion for delivering a product which addresses the issues faced by estate planners on a daily basis; and unsurprisingly, it’s difficult to do justice to.

Whilst having previously explored the people behind the business and what drove them to develop the suite of products we now know as Arken, the journey didn’t stop once the key business boxes had been ticked.

Far from it, in fact.

The company’s growth can be put down to its prime focus – developing software with the challenges faced by estate planning professionals in mind.

Working in the sector themselves, Arken.legal’s founders (DPL Professional) are highly aware of the common issues which Will writers face.

Having evolved with these common challenges in mind, the Arken unique suite of products is designed to benefit professionals on a multitude of different levels, with improvement of service delivery and increased productivity being the overarching focus.

Whilst its existing array of estate planning software already underpins so many firms globally, that’s not to say Arken.legal’s desire to innovate and address professional challenges will falter anytime soon. Or at all actually.

Arken.legal’s unwavering passion for innovation is perhaps best reflected in their latest move to brand new state of the art offices in Kent, supporting the culture of progression fostered within the organisation.

The contemporary open plan space helps to facilitate engagement and collaboration between the teams bringing together customer support, development and marketing to drive innovation, communication, product enhancement and personal development.

With quiet zones for concentration and collaboration areas for coming together, the new space is designed to contribute to creative thinking, key where innovation is concerned.  Thinking also of the well-being of the staff, the office is equipped with flexible desks which allow both standing and sitting – a most popular feature with the staff.

Perhaps most importantly, the new office space also has a dedicated boardroom and sound proofed sofa booth, specifically designed for enabling remote demonstrations and training of the Arken solution to clients. In addition to providing both formal and informal settings to showcase their product range, the inclusion of this demonstration space reflects what’s at the heart of the business – delivering a high quality service which is tailored specifically to the needs of the client.
