Lauren Smith is renowned throughout the local region for specialising in advanced wills and probate cases. She joins the firm’s private client department in Sheffield and has been appointed to lead the team by effectively applying her vast knowledge of the industry.

Previously, Lauren has been the head of a wills and probate department at a firm based in Rotherham. Since becoming qualified, she has since gained experience in a range of areas including wills, powers of attorney, and complex probate matters. Lauren is also a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), which the firm says will reflect to clients the trusted expertise Lauren will be bringing to the team.

As part of her new role, Lauren will also be handling wills that Taylor Bracewell acquired from former law firm, Atteys.

Managing Partner at Taylor Bracewell, Sharon Beck, believes Lauren will be a positive addition to the firm and her advanced knowledge of the industry will be beneficial to not only the clients, but for the department as a whole.
