After the death of a loved one, there are many areas for concern for your clients, including administration issues that you may or may not handle already.
This week’s tweet refers to a situation whereby a relative has passed away and the person is unsure which company needs to manage the various parts of the process. There are impending fines looming, which heightens the stress.
Is it the duty of insurers or various authoritative boards to approach these situations more sensitively, or is handling the administration process simply the responsibility of the next-of-kin?
