North-East firm makes two appointments

 

Two new starters at Newtons Solicitors

 

Yorkshire and North-East England based firm Newtons Solicitors have made two appointments to their team, one solicitor and one conveyancing executive joining from other North-East law firms.

Solicitor Joanne Jackson joins the nine strong Wills and Probate Team at Thorp Parker Newtons in Stokesley near Middlesbrough, while Conveyancing Executive Lisa Stronach joins their Residential and Private Client Team at Newtons Solicitors’ office in Darlington.

Joanne Jackson qualified in 2007 after attending the College of Law in York and has specialised in wills and probate since 2012, previously working for Askews Solicitors in Middlesbrough.

Lisa Stronarch joins from Darlington based BHP. She has worked in the legal profession since leaving school, as a fee earner since 1997. A specialist in residential conveyancing, she also has experience in wills and probate.

Newtons Solicitors Managing Director, Chris Newton, says: “Our North East offices are going from strength to strength and we are delighted to be making these new appointments which reflect a growing number of instructions from clients.”
