Sentiment Survey – One Month On

Following on from our previous sentiment survey in May, we’re gauging the mood in the industry 1 month on to see how things have changed. 
Whilst we’ve been speaking to people across the industry, we’ve noted frustrations with regards to little or no changes being made, services being disrupted and the service level received by organisations is no longer acceptable.
Last month just under two thirds of those readers who took part in the survey revealed that they’d completely changed to remote working.
Unsurprisingly conducting meetings via Zoom or other video calling software worked extremely well for taking instructions.
Some readers also revealed that they’d used the ‘downtime’ to work on new initiatives.
