Honey Legal looks to recruit probate experts as growth soars

Established in 2010, Honey Legal has gone from strength to strength. From a beginning providing Wills, Honey now offers a full range of estate planning services, including lasting power of attorney, trusts, probate and funeral plans. Probate has been a particular area of growth, with business expanding rapidly, meaning Honey is looking for solicitors and paralegals to join their team.

Expanding the probate team

Expansion has been non-stop over the past decade and Honey continues to look for opportunities and new initiatives to add to their offering. To support this, the best people are needed. Nathan Pavey, Head of Probate explains:

“The Honey Legal Probate Team have had year-on-year growth for the last five years, but this has recently soared. We are a progressive and innovative company looking for experienced probate paralegals and solicitors with the ability to manage their own caseload. Career progression is very important to us at Honey, so we have clearly defined career paths ensuring that you will have a long-lasting and rewarding career with a market-leading company.”

Opinion poll firm Kantar conducted a survey of employed workers in August 2020, finding that 42% of those questioned felt their job was less secure than it had been a year ago. A quarter of respondents thought their job was not at all or not very secure. At Honey, continuing success means that they have been able to expand, even in difficult times.

Honey’s philosophy, “Do the right thing”, encompasses the firm’s belief that everyone deserves to be treated fairly. Al Gardiner, Honey’s CEO explains: “Doing the right thing is about establishing longstanding relationships and working with people to deliver a better overall client experience; it’s about looking after your own staff and their well-being and it’s about doing the right thing by your clients, who want and need the right advice.”

All of Honey’s team members are rightly proud of their part in the business’s success and as an organisation Honey are committed to continuing the standards of growth and excellence that have become a watchword.

Furthering your sales career

A fully regulated operation, Honey is already an industry leader in the estate planning and probate sector. They have a national network of consultants serving families across the UK, offering a 5-star service backed by innovative technology that makes the job as simple as possible for their team, as well as efficient and streamlined for clients.

Speak to Honey’s self-employed consultants and they will give a long list of reasons to work at Honey. As well as the flexibility of setting their own schedule, the firm has invested a seven-figure sum in innovative technology and state of the art infrastructure to make a consultants’ job easier with less admin time and a process that is slick.

Honey provides training and support, with consultants, managers and field directors given regular training time to help build their career.

As well as being supported every step of the way, consultants feel that as a market leader enjoying continuing growth; Honey provides them with job security in uncertain times.

Honey aims to provide a long-term career for their valued team, with good prospects and opportunities for those who wish to progress. Many of the consultants and staff have been with the company since 2010, and from experience, they can vouch for how the business has gone from strength to strength.
