Chosen Inheritance Announce Its Acquisition By Estate Planning Solutions
Chosen Inheritance, a widely recognised and highly regarded Estate Planning Business in London and the South-East is pleased to announce the acquisition of the business by Estate Planning Solutions; the Cheadle based wills and estate planning company.
Chosen Inheritance owners Peter and Cynthia Spillman made the decision following extensive talks with Estate Planning Solutions Managing Director Paul Dodsworth and his team.
Peter Spillman tells Today’s Wills and Probate:
“Great care and attention has gone into building a large and very loyal client base in London and surrounding areas. The key considerations when we were thinking about placing our clients in the hands of another organisation were the values, technical prowess, client focus and quality of operational processes of the acquirer. Having conducted extensive research into Estate Planning Solutions, I’m very happy our clients are being placed in very good hands.”
Paul Dodsworth, Managing Director of Estate Planning Solutions, tells Today’s Wills and Probate:
“Adding Chosen Inheritance to our portfolio is a very important step in our expansion plans and moreover, meeting our objectives of becoming a well-respected UK-wide brand. The business has been built on foundations of providing the highest levels of customer care and always putting clients and their interests first. Chosen Inheritance clients can be confident of receiving the same high standard and personal attention as they enjoyed under Peter and Cynthia’s ownership and I’m delighted to add that Peter and Cynthia have agreed to continue to support us in a consultancy role.”
In addition to the services provided by Estate Planning Solutions, Chosen Inheritance clients will also benefit from services provided by Port Worth Law, an ABS firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority and one which is part of the EPS group.
