Bray & Bray Celebrate STEP Success

Bray & Bray Celebrate STEP Success

Bray & Bray, an East Midlands based law firm, have been celebrating success recently, as they now have a full house of Society of Trust and Estate Practioners (STEP) accredited solicitors.

Wills, trust and probate specialists Russell Dalby, Carly Harwood and Philip Baldwin join Andrew Hitchon, Natalie Aldrich and Isobel Mann as full members of STEP, the global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.

STEP members, known as TEPs, are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with proven qualifications and experience that help families plan for their futures.

Andrew Hitchon, Partner and Head of Wills, Trusts and Probate at Bray & Bray said:

“The STEP exams are notoriously challenging and involve years of in-depth study. But it is an extremely worthwhile process, as TEPs are equipped to provide the best advice on the most sophisticated issues, whilst giving assurance to clients that they are both a trusted advisor and highly qualified trust and estate practitioner.

“STEP also issues knowledge and technical assistance to members, so all of our solicitors will be up to date with the latest legal, technical and regulatory developments that may affect their clients.

“The prestigious qualification is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our team, as well as their passion for providing the best possible service to clients, who can be confident we have reached the exacting standards required.”

Tim Gladdle, Senior Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial Law at Bray & Bray, adds:

“We pride ourselves on having highly- qualified solicitors who can deliver top level legal advice and excellent client service at all times. The STEP accreditation confirms the specialist expertise of our wills, trusts and probate team and demonstrates the team’s commitment to continually enhancing their legal and technical knowledge for the benefit of clients.”
