Assistant Solicitor gained by Ellisons’ growing wills and probate team

Colchester-based law firm, Ellisons Solicitors has this month further expanded their growing practice, gaining a new member within their successful wills and probate team.

Claire Rutterford completed her training contract with the firm and has now been taken on as an Assistant Solicitor. This follows a multitude of hard work and education within the legal sector, including a 2:1 degree in Law and Criminology, as well as the completion of an additional Legal Practice Course.

Now fully qualified, Claire has been welcomed into the Private Client Team based at the Ellisons’ head office in Colchester. She is joining a group of legal professionals who specialise in wills and probate, powers of attorney, and trusts.

Tim Logan, Managing Partner and Head of Private Client, says the team has been impressed with what Claire has already brought to the firm and he is delighted to be able to offer her a permanent role within the business.

Ellisons Solicitors has also witnessed significant growth across the board. In the past year the firm has gained six trainee solicitors, as well as two trainee legal executives.
