Just Wills and Legal Services (JWALS) have bought Essex-based Affinity Wills Group through its vehicle. PHDM Holdings.
The acquisition was completed on 18th May.
JWALS say they are aiming to become the leading home-visit wills, estate planning and probate service in the UK and have recently also bought up Questor UK Ltd and Cheshire Wills.
Affinity Wills were established in 1999 and since then say they have helped 100,000 customers with wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and probate.
JWALS CEO, David McMaster said: “We are very excited to acquire a company of the calibre of Affinity Wills. I have known and respected Dan Attfield for many years and I am delighted to be working with him to develop the business. The experience and knowledge Dan and his team bring with them will be invaluable.”
Affinity Director Dan Attfield will be continuing in the business. Dan said: “I am delighted to be working with JWALS, we have known each other for many years and this deal creates many additional opportunities; the future is very bright indeed.”
